Kalle Lasn

For those who may not know, the gentleman pictured above is Kalle Lasn, the founder of Adbusters magazine and the spiritual inspiration behind the  worldwide Occupy Movement.

Originally shot for a magazine article, the art director tba+d and I had a very short session with the camera shy but accommodating Mr. Lasn.  Though the original is in colour, I prefer the more direct approach of black and white.

Those who may have been directed to this site from the website of labountyandjohl.com may have guessed that the website is no longer functional.   Those looking for the work of Kip Johl, fear not, she will have her own website up and running in the new year showing her beautiful art work and jewelry.  This blog will function as the showcase for my own work in the meantime.
